In this post, there are pictures of some books that the students have read as a class, small groups, or individually during reading times. The class has also been improving their spanish during their regular classroom time as well as with Senora Apeh. The students have been learning the spanish words for parts of their body, basic conversation, and everyday items and numbers. I have also included a few students using their deep thinking stategies and tools to solve coin and money value problems. The last pictures show the class growing their own beans and forming a paragraph as a team, to describe what happens to the soil after a wild fire occurs.
